• Client Contact Details: Phone/WhatsApp number and email address provided by the customer for project communication.
• Guest RSVP Submissions: Guest names, attendance response, total guest counts, and optional custom messages sent by your guests from your invitation website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following core business purposes:

• Creating, publishing, hosting, and maintaining your custom digital invitation.
• Communicating with you via WhatsApp/email regarding design previews, feedback, and edits.
• Collecting RSVPs from your guests and organizing this data for your review.
• Processing payments and managing customer support.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your guests' information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with third-party infrastructure processors essential for the platform's operation (e.g., Supabase database storage and cloud hosting).

Public URL warning: Please note that your final wedding invitation website is publicly accessible to anyone who has access to the URL. We advise against displaying extremely sensitive personal contact details or private data on the public pages.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative and technical security measures to protect your information and photos from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. All data and media are stored on secure cloud database servers and transmitted using secure SSL/TLS protocols.

5. Data Retention

We store your invitation files, photos, and guest RSVP list for the duration of the hosting contract (usually 1 year from page creation). Following the expiration of the hosting term, the page is deactivated and all photos and data are permanently deleted from our database systems.

6. Your Rights

You maintain full rights to:

• Request correction or modification of any details on your live invitation.
• Request early deletion of your invitation page and photos before the standard 1-year hosting contract ends.
• Request an export of your guest RSVP submissions as a CSV or Excel file.
